Thunder Bay Grille Pewaukee

"We had the brunch buffet last Sunday and based on the visit I don't think I would ever want to return. First off the buffet was empty and I mean empty. We did get a few things to eat but it seems like the little food we could snag had been sitting around for a long time. They had a few pieces of prime rib and they were ice cold. It's like they had been sliced hours ago even though they advertise that it's carved fresh for you. Well it's not carved fresh for you. It's carved when they feel like it. Our waitress was the only bright spot. She was very cheerful and professional. If only your kitchen staff had the same attitude as our server then maybe they would care about the food. Our bill for the two buffets and two sodas was over $60. I felt embarrassed for myself and this establishment as I paid that bill. It's basically felt like they took advantage of us with how poorly this place is run and the lack of food for the price we paid."

"We had a decent experience here as a group. Our waitress looked overwhelmed at our group size but she was accomodating and always came out with water. Food presentation is ok. Unfortunately I have to knock down my star rating to 3 on food because my ribeye came well done instead of medium rare as requested, odd. See picture. I will probably give this restaurant another try in the future as they offer a lot on their menu."

"So we went here after my sister-in-law's wedding rehearsal. I've never been here before or heard of it. We had a private room for all of us. I love the style of native American items and pictures in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and fun to talk with. And the food was so good too! We talked about going there again soon. I can't wait to try their menu. It was super relaxing after the rehearsal."

"Amazing bison meatloaf, if I could stop by weekly to indulge in this dish I would! Our waiter, Willow did a great job-He was hustling and was managing many tables. Service was a bit slow but we knew he was giving 110% He was very nice and personable even though he had a lot in his plate. Looking forward to my next visit!"
