"My parents have known the owner of Ritzman Appliance for over 50 years. With that said today, 4-24-2023 when I woke up to a warm refrigerator, I knew exactly where to go. I walked into the store a little after 9:00am, picked out a few refrigerators, went home to double check the measurements. This actually occurred a few times as I wanted to make certain the new refrigerator would fit. When I came back, they said they would be at my home within 15 minutes. Boy, they were not lying. Out with the old refrigerator, in with the new. Good luck trying to find customer service like Ritzman’s. I highly recommend shopping local and the small business.
