"Terrible service here, no organization and the artists were drinking alcohol. We came for the Friday the 13th sales and they told us it would be a 2 hour wait, then another hour and another. We waited for 5.5 hours and they could never give us an honest update. They were also tattooing some people who only waited 10 to 30 minutes and letting friends skip the line. The tattoo artists were getting drinks from the brewery next door and couldn't stop yawning. They wouldn't give us a clear answer if we could come in the next day or if we would even get the tattoos after waiting 5.5 hours. They said they might get to us if they decided to stay past the closing time. They were also offering large shaded tattoos and allowing people to get multiple so the line wasn't moving much. They didn't seem to have any idea how to organize or conduct a tattoo event like this."
