"I had a problem with my condensation pump on my furnace and called SureFire. Tina took my call and at the same time my yearly cleaning was performed. West came out, replaced the pump, cleaned and replaced hose and t and all is perfect now. If you want something done right from a great guy who does great work and is thorough? He really knows his stuff about AC and furnaces..he also told me,since I'm a handy man type person, if I wanted to slide out furnace blower, clean the blades..and there is a condenser above blower that is probably plugged with dirt..took me ten minutes to slide blower out , sure enough..that condenser radiator thingy was really dirty..and it took some time to clean the blower blades and condenser..but now it is working great..Rick also added Freon,checked unit outside,the capacitor etc..no bad parts..but said it would be another 300 if I wanted him to clean blower and condenser..I said no, I can do that..and thanks for sharing his knowledge, and honesty,and saved me money ..I will use only your company for all my heating and ac needs...and will tell everyone else about your company..thank you very much."
