"The clothing was great. There was a great clearance sale going on. The sales associate was a sweet girl. She tried real hard. She had great intentions. But she was incredibly irritating. She hovered over us. She was very, very pushy. She didn't give us a chance to look around on our own. She kept offering items we told her we specifically didn't not like. She repeatedly offered up sizes that she was told over and over again that were way too big. She didn't listen to us at all. She just kept trying to get us to buy items we told her we didn't like or didn't want. She seemed to be a good person but she needs to be trained better. She needs to learn to listen to the customers and to give them a little room. She made shopping there very uncomfortable."

"Just a suggestion if your not going to be open Monday/Tuesday please update your business hours through your store capabilities. Would be rather helpful to other customers. Overall love shopping at Torrid!! Super friendly staff an always willing to make sure I'm finding what I'm looking for!!"
