"They have one lod the worst return policies. I guess you have 7 days if you read the receipt, which would be fine if they offered in store credit after that. But nope ...your are just out of luck. Shame on me for not reading it..but shame on them for basically (my opinion) stealing from you. I guess I would have thought the gal would have said something ..when I asked if I could return the item. I purchased this for someone else and I did not get the correct thing, so it was useless to me."

"West Bend Pilot Boutique & Unique finds is a must see store. It has pretty much of everything, from clothes, jewelry, soaps, x-mas stuff, gnomes etc. If your in downtown West Bend stop in and check it out. The only thing they should do is get a bigger sign out front as I almost passed it. Nice store"
