"These people are great, they had a copy of an Ice Age Trail book I needed for a Xmas present that no one else had and I was starting to get really worried I blew it. After looking online again, I saw they were nearby in Hartford and it looked like they might have some copies and therefore could be the hero I needed w getting a hold of the only thing my Mom wanted for Xmas this year. So as I was panicking last night, I messaged them online, well after hours btw, and they wrote back almost immediately! Reassuring me they def had a copy and would def hold it for me. Which they did and I was able to pick up today. Just left the store, it's beautiful and has tons of fun stuff! Lots of cool merch, fun shirts, puffy/comfy things to wear in a place like WI. And as I mentioned great owners who were right there with the book I needed as promised (plus 10% off today as an extra surprise!). Def recommend this store, they won't let you down! As one more extra-extra bonus (and idk how or why)...this store SMELLS REALLY GOOD too--it just does. Like from the second you walk in. Kinda like super clean + woodsy. Happy scents! Anyway lol...but true!!!"
