"I drove twenty minutes to the Dunkin Donuts in New Berlin, WI because I wanted to get some cake donuts that are hard to find in the supermarket. The lady that took my order (the manager) first got my order wrong. I asked for six donuts and she gave me four. The worst part of all is that she put four glazed donuts in a bag! When I go home to serve breakfast, the donuts were a huge mess! My son tossed his in the trash they were so gross looking! There is a reason this Dunkin Donuts has bad reviews. From management on down, is a poorly run store!"
"The Starbucks was closed due to construction, so we stopped at Dunkin. Ordered a couple of cold drinks. We were the only customers inside (others were using the drive-thru). We were waited on by a couple of guys. Friendly and efficient. The drinks were good and cold. Perfect for this 98F day."
