"Rude on the phone and in person. Offered me $120 for two catalytic converters when I questioned the very low offer I was told to take my stuff and leave and told "guys come in here everyday thinking they know more then me". Took both catalytic converters to Redmer & Sons Recycling in Burlington and got double what East Troy Auto Recyclers offered me. I understand a business needs to make money but there's a difference between making money and taking advantage of people."

"The woman I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and professional. Offered me a replacement engine at a VERY competitive price and even delivered it to my business and picked up the core free of charge. Even the driver was professional and courteous. Will definitely do business with again! Billing was spot on and received core charge promptly. Only complaint was the wiring harness on the engine was poorly removed (cut wires). But it's good practice to never re-use them anyway due to possible damage. So no points removed there! I wish all salvage yards were this easy to do business with!"
