"Called in the morning to request a new garbage disposal as ours was leaking. Within two hours of calling, Dan was at our home to remove/replace. I was not home during the the service call. He did such an awesome job I would have never know he was there..no mess and took everything with him. Horsch and Miller has worked at our home several times over the past 10 years. Highly recommended."
"Dan arrived at scheduled time to evaluate and explain what options we had to install a new heating and air conditioning system. He went in the basement and outdoors to check the current system and assess what existing parts could be used and what new materials were needed. It took longer to get the estimate than Dan had stated. There was no communication as to when the installation would take place until my husband called their office. (Perhaps a busy time around the holidays). Installation went smoothly in one day with two employees and an electrician. Later, since the heat pump is located outside our bedroom, the noise coming from it was not conducive to sleep. My husband tried to make adjustments with little success. He called Horsch & Miller and another employee connected the sensor for the heat pump to my phone (rather than the outdoors). All is well now with very little noise coming from the system. We appreciate their response when called upon and the conduct of the knowledgeable employees."
"Early on a Saturday morning I noticed water on my basement floor and realized that it was from my water heater. Without hesitation, I first called Horsch and Miller. Although they were closed since it was the weekend, almost instantly I was in touch with Derek on the phone. He provided quick and clear options. I made the decision to replace the water heater even though it was a Saturday. Derek was at my home within an hour. What could have been a very stressful situation, ended up being a positive experience. Derek was kind, clear and efficient. Within a few hours everything was replaced and set to go. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!"
