"We took our 2012 Honda Fit in to get the clutch replaced. We didn’t make it five miles on our way home when we lost power. We returned it and it turned out to be the wire was ripped out of the throttle body. They would have noticed this had they test drove the vehicle after the clutch was replaced. Now 150 miles after the new clutch was installed, we hear squealing (bearing) noise. We took it in again and they are insisting it is not the clutch and is another problem and weren’t very willing to look any further into it. The owner told us to keep driving it since the new clutch has a warranty. Three out of our 4 vehicles are Honda and this incident has made us very hesitant to take any vehicle back there."
