On a very positive note; The staff is very attentive, informative, and ready to assist as always, which is why I continue to be a customer. For curbside pick-up customers, the spots closest to the store are there for your convenience."

"After a long saga with a failed dryer repair (separate issue), my husband and I opted to simply purchase a new dryer. We researched online a little but generally knew what we wanted – It was a quick, pleasant sale in-store on 10/14/23 with a very knowledgeable, helpful employee and an expected waiting period for delivery and installation. The delivery/install date was scheduled for 10/23/23 in the afternoon (my husband arranged his work schedule to be home). That morning, I received a text alert update telling me to pick my delivery time, which was odd because I had already confirmed it previously. In looking at the order more in the app, it showed the delivery had been cancelled and prompted me to select a new date. I called Best Buy customer service to confirm and learned the dryer had never actually made it to the local warehouse and was still another state away. We had to reschedule for 10/30/23 (my husband again rearranged work to be home). This time, the delivery team showed up and started to prepare for the installation only to discover the dryer unit had two large dents in areas that made us question the integrity of the unit. We refused the delivery, and the delivery team took the unit back without question. We ultimately called to cancel the order altogether and were given a full refund, which I appreciated. We instead went to a local appliance retailer, found a similar unit and had delivery two days later with no issue. Having purchased several appliances and other tech items from Best Buy for years, we were very disappointed with the service and continuous delays we experienced and will seriously need to consider whether we will purchase appliances from Best Buy again in the future."

"The store was large and had plenty of employees which I really liked. It was clean and had lots of items I was looking for with a decent selection. I liked this as well. But the normal checkout area was cordoned off and they were doing checkouts in the customer service area instead. This made the line extra long. I realize this fact has nothing to do with the store employees but more to do with the upper management making dumb decisions that makes no sense."
