"Purchased a set of lsd big radius (razor) exhaust pipes for my softail. Product arrived no problem. When installing the pipe noticed the rear pipe was dented when installing. Contacted seller who said these are manufactured and inspected by U.S. Marines, it must have happened on installation. I sent the seller pictures of the dented item and damaged packaging, seller replied that he would have to wait for the manufacturer to produce more before sending a replacement and to just run the pipes as is for now. The website shows 18 sets in stock The pipes are still sitting in the shipping box and 6 weeks later, the seller still hasn't sent any replacement nor issued a refund. UPDATE: Both pipes have dents, I find it hard to believe that our countries finest U.S. Marines would produce sell and ship such inferior products lacking craftsman ship. It bothers that Harvey Powder(see shipping label photo below) would try to use such a tactic to sell a product and not stand behind it."
