Todd said "give me a minute, it would be way in the back if we have it", NO Snarky look, NO eyeball rolling, NO muttering to other employees. Returned 5 minutes later with two pieces in hand. "Let's go make sure one fits" as we walked to my car. Todd made sure it fit and charged me $3.54. GREAT EXPERIECE! I'll be back for all my auto needs."
