"I wish 0 stars were an option. My family has been using this brand of pots for years. Unfortunately I was never able to find the people my mom worked with. This Vista group was what I found and I made the big mistake of being a part of them. At first they treat you well and then you are worth it to them. They come and cook for you, they make their sale and then when you have problems or questions, they don't even show their lights. What bothers me the most is that they told me that according to them they were going to give me a gift for Mother's Day, they asked me for my address, I told them that I didn't live in CA that I had moved and that my dad could receive it and send it to me, they said There was no problem and they never arrived. I wrote to them and it's time they didn't even tell me anything. As a person who works for customer service I am very disappointed with this store. The truth is, if you can, stay away from these people, they are the worst thing about Royal Prestige."

"Bad place to make business they will go to your house if you don’t make payments and they give you two choices to pay in full or give them back their made in China product. Very unprofessional showing up at your house and give you ultimatums. I highly suggest no soliciting sign in front of your home."
