Little Caesars Pizza

"Came in to pick up a hot and ready pizza! I was told I can only do online orders!! What’s the point of hot and ready when you can’t even come in and get it! The service was rude they said they were short staffed but one guy was in his car and the other woman was outside smoking! Little Caesar’s you already have terrible service at least you could put the pizza back to 5 dollars or just close all together! Every location is either short staffed or everyone is just pissed off all the time the worst ever!"

"Always an issue whether it being the store isn't open when it should be or long waits. Or this last time when I came to pick up my order he handed me the pizza but I had sauces with it and before I could even ask about them he just went in the back somewhere."

"I find it hilarious that the owner only responds to 5 star reviews. I put in an order at 413 pm. App says It would be ready at 450. Got here at 450 and the order wasn't even in the oven yet. Then I was told it would be another 30 min. Nowhere can you just get a refund. This is definitely the worst pizza joint in the city. Please shut this place down"

"This is the worst-run Little Caesar's I've ever been to. For a place that only makes pizza, and who's trademark having that pizza "hot" and "ready", they rarely have any pizza ready. I'm batting less than .500 in going to the restaurant during operating hours and walking out with a pizza. Once they claimed to have run out of dough. Once they told me my pizza would be ready in 5 minutes over and over for 45 minutes until I demanded a refund. Once they stopped taking walk-in orders and would only accept orders through the app. Sometimes they're just closed during regular hours with no explanation. If you manage to get a pizza, it's fine. But good luck getting anything."

"Food was not as pictured, nor as ordered. I was ridiculed for not seeing that, as the two employees offered, it WAS what I ordered - but "we can remake it for you". Yeah, probably wrong again but this time with added contaminants. Just a slightly darker normal pizza crust with coarse salt does not make it pretzel crust. Perhaps this what the minimum standard is now. The Italian cheese bread was lesser visual quality than usual, and did not taste as great as it normally has - too much dough/bread/crust, not enough cheese, and cooked unevenly. Seems rushed. I was a fan of the pretzel crust/cheese sauce pizza when they first added it to the menu. I really enjoyed the stuffed pretzel crust with cheese sauce pizza, and have ordered several when Little Caesars sells it. However, this is the third in a row (from 3 separate stores) to use a regular crust and call it pretzel crust. I am totally done - especially after the attitude they give when I have a legitimate question on the food I ordered/paid for. "You're being rude" - no, ma'am, I ordered one thing and got another. If you can't perform, go home. Not professional. Not worthy of my business. Too many substandard meals."
