"This store is just a hook to buyers because their prices are way more expensive than any other regular store. My daughter wanted some pink crocs with pins and they wanted to charge my almost $100 for those, got the same ones at Amazon for $28 and $20 for the pins at mercari, so, go figure..."
"Terrible service by Jenni. Bought crocs walked out of the store, put them on and they hurt my feet, tried to exchange them and she said they were too worn to return! Literally put them on and took a step!!! I wore the crocs I tried on in the store way longer!!! Terrible customer service! Jenni was very snotty and if you want a no hassle return, don't shop there!!!!! They need to hire people that are more customer friendly !"
