Not sure what the ladies name was that helped me, but she was awesome. She knew the prices of most of the bags by memory and I was really impressed by that. She was really helpful with me determining which bags and wallets I wanted to purchase. I was very pleased with the prices of the items here and left feeling like I got a great deal. "A couple of years ago I found the cutest Michael Kors sunglasses. Last week I came home to find them chewed into tiny pieces by my dog who has separation anxiety. My husband scoured the internet to find them. They were discontinued and no where to be found. We came up to the Wisconsin Dells Outlet for a weekend away and just by chance, I asked a worker named Katie if they had any in back. They did not, but she offered to call other stores around to see if anyone else had them. She must have waited over 30min on hold with another store. She took my name and number and said she’d call me once she heard. Within the hour called back and had found them for me!!!! I was so excited!! Thank you Katie from the Wis Dells Outlet, you went above and beyond and totally made my day!!!!"

"Women who worked there with black hair and short bangs was extremely rude. She was looking at me in disgust because of what I was wearing then proceeded to make bad remarks to the other employees about the bills I was using to pay. Will never go back the that Micheal kors store ever again"
