"Typical Loft. Not sure why it's in an outlet mall because the prices seem the same as any other Loft. Pretty big store."

"I really like lift clothes and have purchased them for years. But, I just had a bad experience with the store in Wisconsin Dells. I took my merchandise up to the counter and the clerk rang up a sweater I was going to purchase at the incorrect price. The price was posted on the table with all the sweaters. I asked her to change it to the correct price and she refused to do so. She told me it was yesterday’s price and they were busy so they didn’t have a chance to change the price. I was the only one in line, there was another clerk walking around the store , and there was no one in the store. This happened over 3 hours after they opened. I explained that when a price is posted that retailers are obligated to sell it for the posted price. She kept saying she would not give me the posted price. I decided to leave the store without purchasing anything. I will be shopping elsewhere for my clothing rather than do business with a retailer that does not honor a posted price. The should have changed signs before they opened."

"Tour website says that you will be open until 6 pm. I drive over to the mall at 4:30 your doors are locked with no sign on the door stating when you will be open. Is it any wonder that retail stores are closing?"
