He worked my car into the schedule, knowing I had no other form of transportation. He reviewed everything he found wrong with me, and when I asked to add to the repairs, he did so without complaint. When he realized the previous mechanic installed something incorrectly, he took the extra time to correct it - no additional charge. Dropped it off late Friday, and had it back by lunch on Monday - the delay was having to wait for the tires to arrive. I will definitely be recommending Redline to everyone going forward. Great service, reasonable costs, quick to repair and went above and beyond to make sure it was truly safe for me to drive!!"
