"You walk in, pick your fresh flavors out of the freezer, and pay at the gas station counter. We ate outside on the new patio. The raspberry flavor was amazing!"

"Wow--what a find! My husband and I drove two hours from Chicago to do some hiking at Kettle Moraine, and on our way home I asked Google Maps to find a nearby ice cream store. Even with directions, we almost missed the sign. Like other reviewers, we were a little skeptical when we walked in because it's right behind a gas station and doesn't look like much from the outside, so we were ecstatic to find all these incredible flavors of ice cream and all home-made! It was very hard to choose. I had the German Chocolate Cake, and my husband had something like an Orange dreamsicle, and they were both outstanding. All the baked goods looked delicious too. Next time we're in the area (hopefully soon!) we will definitely return."

"Awesome ice cream. I like that it’s pre scooped. I take forever to make a decision and I was able to walk up and down the coolers, without pressure, to decide. They also have large and single scoop - so I was able to take TWO flavors. Really loved the imaginative flavor combos. Sat on the chairs outside to enjoy."

"My daughter and I found this place on google while passing through the area, and ventured about ten minutes out of our way to get there. Upon arriving, we thought we were in the wrong spot. It is located in the back of a gas station, with very little signage. All that said, holy cow was the ice cream amazing! We are fanatical about really good ice cream, and this place is amazing. The apple pie and Lemon Lavender were both absolutely spectacular! You can tell that everything is made from scratch, with high quality ingredients. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re anywhere remotely nearby, and really appreciate good ice cream. Not very often that you find homemade ice cream anywhere, and this little gas station wouldn’t be where I would look for it. But I’d put the flavors we had today up against the likes of some of the best gelatos in Italy, Salt and Straw on the West Coast, or Blank Slate Creamery in Ann Arbor Michigan. Seriously, go try it!"
