"Very good people to deal with"
"Had a hopper trailer get rear ended. Delivered trailer in early March and didn’t get back until middle of June. (Covid supply issues). Service department with Tanner Prochecka as manager was horrible. I’m still missing an aluminum rim. The rear inside panel is missing, tarp lock was never riveted tight and fell off on the highway. Had air leaks when I picked trailer up, dot marker tape was incomplete . Rear panel wiring was a rats nest, and the quality and cleanliness was very very poor. I have called multiple times since June and always get the same run around. Would NOT recommend bringing anything there to get fixed"

"They had the parts we needed, however they were considerably higher in price. They asked $365 for air tank. Got same one at US Trailer supply for $125. They wanted $59 for shocks at another supplier $46. They are good people just high priced."
"Parts department is second to none, most always has it in stock, if not they get it in a jiffy! Also after hours support is important for our operation."
