"Experience worse every year. Almost 3 bucks for a small coffee from a fancy kuerig machine. Coffee wasn't bad but not as good as I remember in the past. Didn't ask if I wanted cream or sugar. Didn't have a place where I could add my own cream and sugar. Ambiance is bad on purpose I think. Not cozy. Super loud distracting music. Not a great place to study. I wish there was an alternative in West Bend on a Saturday afternoon."

"Ordered via door dash and my food arrived hot still & my blended drink was nice & cold. they package it SO well for delivery to make sure your drinks don't spill."

"Normally I love this location, today was not so great. Placed a mobile order for a peppermint mocha Frappuccino. My estimated pick up time was 11:07am. I sat in the lobby waiting until 11:45 for my drink. I wasn't greeted, no apology for wait time. And the drink had so much ice I could hardly taste the flavors. The staff was slow moving and a lot of customers around me were getting frustrated as well. I'll be back but I'm hoping for better next time."

"The worst customer service. So slow. I waited forever (30 minutes) for two Americanos. When asked about my drink they stated, we have a lot going on. But they didn't. The girl making drinks was going very slow and taking her time. Definitely go to the one on Paradise. They are much more efficient and kind to their customers."

"This starbucks is always fast with my mobile order. I will drive out of my way to come to this location for a mobile order due to the staff's friendliness and expediency. The drive through can sometimes congest the parking lot but other than that, this is a great SBX location."
