"The food is always hot and tasty. I wish it had a little warmer atmosphere and seating with outlets for laptops. Obviously I have to remember it’s fast food, not a local cafe, so I factor that into my rating. Staff is very friendly and efficient."
"Watched while an old woman traveled via walker from a 1/4 mile away in a 40’s bomber jacket with a look of extreme determination on her face to this store in 10 degree weather and it quickly became apparent why… this Dunkin is a stellar restaurant and she knew what the heck was up. 4 stars for atmosphere because the temperature outside was nearly unbearable."
"Retrain your staff. I ordered a drink and I noticed right away they put it in wrong and corrected it and was told well he already made the coffee. I said well I ordered it correctly she said well it's already made. I get it if I made the mistake but the cashier made the mistake and refused to fix it so they kept it and I took my business elsewhere!"
"Unlike the Dunkin' Donuts in Menominee Falls, this place is very well run, the people are polite, and they take good care of you. They get your coffee right, and if there's a problem, they don't make you feel like it's your mistake. This place is a great addition to West Bend, in my opinion."
