"I was with Dave Wagner's party of 5 on Sunday, I was the one that left the waitress the "nice tip". Our waitress was swamped, I agree, but we WERE NOT told why we were being put it a small back room, with tables that had chairs on them as if the place had just been cleaned. And, I don't think the heat was on in that back room. When we arrived, there were tables available. I left the tip, because I didn't feel it was our waitress' fault. The hostess should have taken care of the seating, she didn't. And, it wasn't the waitress' fault that the food and coffee were cold. I worked at "Home Plate" for the Eske's, and they would have had a fit if their customers had been treated this way, or were served sub-standard food. When I pay $70 for a meal, I expect it would at least be warm. Sorry, I'm with Dave, we probably won't be back. I noticed no one replied to my review. I guess you only respond to the favorable ones."

"Garage/biker vibe family-restaurant and bar that was apparently previously a gentleman's club. Very clean inside and out. Great wait staff both times that I've gone. They offer a Friday fish fry with generous portions. Garden salad was good but would've been even better with a hard boiled egg. Live music on the front patio as we were leaving. Good food and service, overall. Worth the drive through the scenic country."
