"I don't to this Starbucks location very often. Stopped in for my favorite/custom Chai Latte. They did a great job, got everything perfect. Thanks"
"I have been a Starbucks customer since the early 1980s when Starbucks first hit the market. Unfortunately, in the last 10 years, I have watched a slow decline in Starbucks. A hallmark of the Starbucks coffee chain was not only its coffee but the inviting atmosphere in which to drink the coffee. It is the atmosphere that has drastically declined over the past 10 years. No longer are the warm easy chair to read and sip coffee. No longer are the booths to sit with friends to have a warm brew together. It seems like the only thing left are the hard wooden chairs and very small places to drink your coffee. This Starbucks has stooped to this level of decor. Since introducing food into their menu, I think was a big mistake. To put it bluntly, the food is horrible. It is all prepackaged and warmed in a microwave. Being prepackaged, it has a plastic-type flavor with tons of fat salt, and sugar. Very unappetizing to me. I no longer order any of their packaged food and I think it is something you could do without as well. However, the coffee continues to be excellent as does the bakery. I just seem like it takes forever to be waited on and when the order is taken, It takes forever to be served. I am not sure why I still go to this Starbucks or any other Starbucks. The chain still charges outrageous prices for their cups of coffee. Originally, I thought that was because Starbucks had fare share coffee. And I thought some of the high prices of coffee went to giving their workers a higher than minimum wage and benefits. Well, I longer know what the company's coffee-buying practices are. The barista"s tell me that they work for just over minimum wage with no benefits. The grade I would give this Starbucks is a middle ground to poor. The atmosphere is mediocre. The food, other than its bakery is horrible. The service is poor. About the only thing this Starbucks has going for it is its famous very high-priced coffee. That is if you are willing to take your time to be waited on and to be served."
"The store is very clean and my order is always correct and served in a timely manner. My milk modification is sometimes forgotten but the workers are more than happy to remake it. The employee there are so kind and positive. They are great at making recommendations as well."
"Watch your sizes folks! I've been here twice now and have twice-questioned the size of the Venti mocha I ordered. It was only filled 3/4 of the way (whipped cream to top it off). This time, I saved the cup, got home, and measured the amount of liquid it held. 16oz cup with only 12oz of coffee. I don't frequent Starbucks (and won't again), but I buy A LOT of gift cards. Sadly, I won't be doing that anymore."
