"AWFUL. Do not go here. Paid $10 for a large ICED late with 5 shots. They only put 2 shots in and NO ice. They would not remake my drink or give me money back. They are so cheap as owners and the customer never gets what they want. They don’t know the recipes and put whatever they want in a drink. They never include the sticker on the drink like they should. But I mobile ordered so I have the receipt on the app."

"Looks like they are doing much better these days. They got more staff so you don't have to wait an hour for a sandwich and a drink. The coffee and food quality is better too. I just don't care for the donuts much but that has more to do with their corporate recipes I think. I don't even take the free one on Wednesdays. It would be nice if the bathroom was available without asking for a key. The newer staff is really nice and professional. In case you have a problem with your order they do everything they can to fix it. They updated the lobby since the old furniture was falling apart. If they don't maintain this I will update it here. A few years ago I wouldn't have eaten here for free because everything was so bad."
