"Ineptitude at higher than average McDonald's prices. This location has always been priced higher than others but the service has always been great... that's no longer the case. I won't be back."

"The experience I had at this restaurant was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had eating out. The manager of the store was very rude and condescending to the other employee (who was very patient and kind in her actions and words) and the customers who were simply there to get their food. The lobby closed at least two and a half hours earlier than posted. The manager again was extremely rude and aggressive towards the customers, going as far as yelling at them. which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It did not feel like a safe place to visit. I would save my money and go literally anywhere else. If I want McDonald’s again, you can bet I’m willing to drive an extra thirty minutes to another store location. And also, I hope the kind employee is able to leave that environment, because boy, was the manager absolutely horrible to her."

"Once again, this McDonald's did not do table service. What is worse, they also did not call my name or number. My food, now cold, sat at the checkout counter for... who knows... at least 15 minutes as the app stated it was coming to my table shortly. At fifteen minutes of waiting, I got up and checked, and that's was when I found my bag and drink. I was in a real rush tonight too, had to deliver a stat O2 for a hospice patient two hours further north and already went 22.5 hours without eating as it was this kind of day. I really could have used the service and hot meal."

"From the gecko the kid at the drive thru line seemed frustrated and annoyed, when they didn’t get our order wrong( completely their fault for being incompetent) and then when telling the boy that they got our wrong said we had to go all the way back around for their mistake! THEIR MISTAKE, acted like he was bigger than he really was. I’m 17 and i know how to talk to people even out of service. When i started to get mad because he started showing attitude, for THEIR issue. He started to look like he was gonna cry, told him to get his manager, manager clearly was at the same level as the kid, no level of customer service here, wonder if they’d speak to me the way they did thru the drive thru in person. Would not recommend this place."
