KFC

"Just stopped for lunch and ordered 3 chicken Littles to go, guy says $18 and change. Told him that can't be right, I'm just wanting the 3 sandwiches no meal or drink and he says yeah the $18+ was for just the 3 chix Littles. Obviously I told him no thanks and I'll go somewhere else. Are the employees upcharging and pocketing the money? Sure seems like it because I went online and did a order for pickup and the chicken Littles are $3.29 a piece. Total bill should have been $10.41 after tax. This guys in there making 8 bucks off the sale?"

"I ordered the chicken wrap. Little did I know it was an overcooked piece of chicken with some kind of spicy white dressing and two pickles. There was nothing else on it like lettuce or cheese. There is more breading than chicken in the piece of meat on my wrap. I've had KFC chicken before and it's always been good but this is the first time I tried a wrap and I would not order it again."

"The older lady with the shorter hair at the counter was rude and seemed annoyed. When she handed me my chicked and i asked for dipping sauce she made a comment how the price of the condiments was going to increase to her coworker as she reached for my sauce. She didn't even ask if I wanted dipping sauce when i was ordering..."

"I witnessed 2 young men at separation times walk in the side door and walk past a woman and her kids, then walk directly to the kitchen and come out and hand the lady chicken sandwiches. Mind you, this lady never went up to the register to pay for them. Then I watched another employee come from the kitchen and hand the woman and her now male companion another sandwich."

"Terrible chicken. Dry, absolutely no flavor , my wife and I got 8 piece bucket. Took it home ate one piece each and she through the rest out. This has happened before at this Platteville restaurant. So it’s on our list of drive by restaurants. Hire people than are interested in waiting on you, no one asked if they could help us. Finally asked if anyone wanted to take our order. Pretty sad way to do business. We’ve eaten at that two Mexican restaurants down the street. KFC should should see how they react to customers. Very polite, explain their dishes are, always interested helping you."
