"Ordered at the drive through window. They asked us to wait in a parking spot for our food….that’s fine….except we waited over 20 mins along with 7 other cars also waiting. Aldo absolutely no customers inside.. what is going on? No one said thank you for waiting or sorry for the wait…nothing. I get places are short staffed but give a warning when we pull up to the window that there is a wait…or at least say something after the wait. Absolutely horrible customer service. Also the food was cold…why?"
"Literally went through drive through and ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunches, got home and one had no meat and the other had so minimal. Asked for hot and mild sauce and guy closed the window and wouldn't get for me. Live too far away to go back."
