"Make sure before purchasing any cabinets to stop at numerous places where they will hand you an invoice with the price of each cabinet and total amount. I came to this place on a Saturday afternoon, I handed the lady working there my measurements and she gave me a quote on a sticky note. Prices seem reasonable so I went back, but this time we ended up switching 36inch TOP cabinets to 30inch ones, since the height of our ceiling was lower and I wanted all cabinets to touch the ceiling. Katie who helped me all the way through said she would give me a discount, and obviously I was naive without any knowledge I fell for the price she gave me. The price was the same amount that other places gave me for 36in. She said she would throw in the handles for free and faucet! Before even leaving a deposit she changed the amount twice! The order was placed and half of it was ready, she wanted us to pick it up , but I told her once it was all ready! I went out of my way to check out another place to get a quote for the same measurements and color, and let me tell you Katie wanted me to pay a lot more!!!! I immediately canceled my order and I was not willing to work out anything with them for their dishonesty!"
"I came to Alibaba to purchase a bathroom vanity countertop and vanity cabinet, their prices were competitive but quality was sub par. I noticed some scratches on my countertop and cabinet after it was installed by my contractor so obviously no returns or price adjustments…great. 3 weeks later they have a “sale” on white shaker cabinets so i guess i cant get a price adjustment either lol. Also check out the legal blurb they put on the bottom of your receipt."
