"ERA kitchen is the best we've dealt with. We went to 4 different companies and chose ERA at the end. Daniel was the reason. Daniel is knowledgeable and doesn't try to up sell. He makes suggestions but, ultimately it was our decision. Daniel has awesome customer service and very accommodating to our needs. He helped us with our re-design renderings. He is a willing listener and goes out of his way to satisfy our request. I cannot say enough good things about Daniel. 3 different teams have come and gone. Excellent service and detailed in their work. 1. Demo couple were efficient and hard working. 2. Cabinet installers were detailed, efficient and accommodating 3. Counter top installers were detailed, hard working and efficient. We appreciate all their hard work. I already recommended them to my friends and family."

"Three different working teams came in and each left various issues behind. The first team came a day late to teardodwn and remove the existing cabinets. They caused damage to walls, drywall and hardyback (which had to be repaired at an additional cost by our own handyman). When they took off the garbage disposal and dishwasher the bolts for the garbage disposal were not kept with the unit, so later we had to purchase a whole intalation kit and a draining hose for the dishwasher. The cabinet instaling crew did a slopy job on corners and instalation. Cabinets over the stove are not centered, there are gaps between the cabinets and the floor pannels (will need to pay someone else to fix this). The quartz instalers cut the hole for the stove too small and when our guy came to install the stove he could not. This was a very frustrating experience. The additional time to reschedule work needed to fix their mistakes and the additional expense was very frustrating to say the least."

"Over-priced cabinets. Poor service from salesperson, poor service from installers. Installers scratched the cabinets and refused to replace the damaged parts. The salesperson came out and added putty to the damaged areas and called it a day refusing to replace. Also they have a hard time working with female clients, extremely disrespectful individuals. Don't buy here!"

"Era Cabinets kept their promise of doing a professional job of removing the old kitchen and installing the new kitchen in 3 days. It was impressive to watch 2 men carefully dismantle the old kitchen in 2 hours on Thur, to watch 2 guys install cabinets in 6 hours on Sat and to watch 2 guys install the counters in 3 hours on Sunday. I was warmed by the service of Tracy and Venus at the store. The workmanship of Allen and his associates was top notch and they even helped me to put the Microwave back. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a modern kitchen, good value for money and their kitchen back in use the same week !"
