"Service and employee conduct was poor. It was pretty much high school students running a professional restaurant. One employee had airpods in and was listening to music, Most didn't really speak nor show any enthusiasm, and another employee had her airpods and cell phone on the table where they prepare food, which doesn't seem sanitary. Texting and on their phones when customers are waiting in line. I felt awkward asking for a topping as they seemed so bothered to even be working. Food was good overall."

"Came to this location at 9pm Friday night, with only one employee working the counter. She was super rude, barely acknowledged my fiancee and I. When she finally came to the counter to take our order, she seemed like she was super annoyed. We asked for a pizza and salad and she said the lettuce has been put away already so they aren’t making any more salads, huge disappointment for us. Asked for cheesy bread instead - once the pizza and cheesy bread was done, she didn’t ask if we wanted to top off our pizza with any sauces, and when I asked for marinara and hot honey on the side, she didn’t say anything at all to say ok or acknowledge what I asked for, just walked away and grabbed the honey and marinara, came back and put it on top of our pizza and gave our food. Bad customer service and employee seemed very unhappy."

"The experience is great, choosing everything that gets put on the pizza and seeing everything made right in front of me was pretty cool. The only things i have to complain about was the roasted garlic seemed to be old and the soda machine wasn't dispensing soda correctly. The staff was friendly and accommodating."

"Not amazing pizza but not bad it's pretty average. It is nice to make it how you want it without paying an arm and leg for each topping. Staff was friendly, more so the girl who was working she was little more helpful. Is worth going back to again."

"Made our pizza with the wrong base and didn't think to call or tell us prior to making it and handing it to us that they didn't have pesto. They gave us a side cup of it, so that doesn't make sense. My pizza was burnt to hell. So we had to come back to get it remade. Didn't say sorry or anything. The worker just had an attitude and said, "We don't have any pesto." All the workers are standing/sitting around on their phones."
