"I absolutely love their cookies, they're my sweet cheat of the week! The cashier Natalia is very nice and kind. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't have any garbage can in the lobby, but overall so clean and reasonable prices."

"Had dinner here on a Thursday evening. It was nice and quiet as there were hardly any other customers at the time, but it's also off-season for the Dells, so I would have been surprised if it was busy. The service was fast, the food was great, and the price was just right. This is definitely the place to go to if you aren't looking for anything flashy or touristy."

"Food is good. Hence the only reason they’re getting 3 stars. Place was packed. Look at the line in my photo. Two people at the register only (one was being trained) so basically one person. Line was almost out the door. Slow and I mean slow is an understatement. Meanwhile we saw other staff members just standing (one who was looking at his phone). Like I get workers are hard to come by these days, but at least look like you’re trying. Everyone looked miserable. No apology for waiting forever in the line. Instead of having a guy just standing by the soda machine on his phone or one just waiting to take food out occasionally, manage the employees better and have them multi task. As busy as the Dells get in the summer you need to have more employees or make the best use of the ones you have. Not happy with the service (or lack thereof) today. Oh the kicker was my daughter asked for tortilla soup, but got potato. We asked for the correct one and it literally took 10 min (for a cup of soup) to be ready. We had to go ask about it because it took forever! Frustrating!"

"I’d probably be rating this place as 3.5 stars if Google allowed me to, but instead I’ll round up to 4 stars because of the great service. The food is good, but not amazing. We had a few different things.. Turkey sandwich…Reuben…baked potatoes…and ultimately left full."
