"Unbelievable this place is on business over 5 years!!! I purchased 3 items. Translucent Freezer, Turbo air sandwich table refrigerator and Fryer. 2 of then broke down( sandwich prep table refrigerator and fryer)!!! All my ingredients turn bad since the refrigerator stop working!!! And then fryer stop working. The pilot can not light then they said i dont know how to turn it on!!! Really??!! Then i have to take video that it s not work!!! I need to use these equipments everyday. But they dont have any spare for that damages. They Try to fix them and not even that. They took a sweet time to get to fix the items. Or to come to get the item from my kitchen. Then No refund at all!!! I have to tell them to come and get your items back i need to buy new one and i didnt have space to keep 2 fryer!!! OMG!! The customer service included the owner are soooo bad. Trust me do not risk your business with this place."

"I have been a customers of all points for more than 10 years.When I first started my restaurant this is the place where I bought all the things I needed for my reataurant.Lalo is just awesome to deal with..He is Honest and gives you great prices on "Used" equipment and some semi new equipment...This freezer new $2300..With Lalo 900 bucks..He even help me load it up and strap it down.."

"Do not buy or buy from auction at this place. You will thanks me later. I brought 2 refrigerators at this place at auction. 1 work only 3 weeks , the order one work 1 month. I call the store they said I have 3 months warranty. I call more than 15 times, they said they will send a repair man,they never come. I call other repair shop,they said you got riff off. Both refrigerators leaked inside the condenser,will cost more than a new refrigerator to fix it. They know it not fixable so they just pump some freezon in. What a rift of. I feel sorry for the Chinese lady brought more than 10 refrigerators at the auction. Now I know why only a few bid on the refrigerators. If it too low price or too good to be true. Don’t buy it."

"Do not do business with these people. They are beyond shady and do not care if you get sued or get charged with a felony. Watch what they take when liquidating your business, especially fixtures that belong to the landlord. If they could, they would probably take the toilets and the tiles under your feet."

"Horrible customer service!!! This place is very unprofessional and shady!! First if all, I spoke to one of the owners about buying an ice machine and fryer. He then asked me if I had the old machine...he may possibly be interested in(at that point I wasn't aware we still were holding on to the old ice machine)....the same call....I confirmed the prices of the equipment w him and he had jumped it up $100 more than orginally said on that same call!! I'm in the oc and of course had questions about the equipment before driving to la....he just cut me off and said.."you can just come in and see them if you like" and hung up on me! I then found out we did have our old ice box...called him again...at that point he was pretty nice and asked about the machine and if I can snap a few photos of the ice box. So I send the pics.....no response. ...I call couple days later...very nice girl answers and I explain the issue and that he hasn't responded , she gives me his cell # to send the pics again.....I send them again....no response....I call no answer. Week later as we are still holding on to this ice box since he asked......I call to get a response...a simple yes or no. ( I initially was just looking to buy a floor fryer and ice machine w out turning in the other ice box) Another guy answers and I explain....the owner happens to walk in....he asks me to hold and I hear them talking..he asks what number is calling?....he says tell her I'm not interested. Again....still a potential sale of a fryer and icebox....nothing! Don't even bother w this dump!!!!!"
