"Chick-fil-A is just another fast food chicken shop in my opinion. Their chicken is tasty and the sauces are yummy, but I don't really subscribe to the fan fare. It was good, fast food chicken strips. The people were pleasant and friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. It was a nice place to eat."

"Ordered the frozen lemonade & grilled chicken wrap which is served cold. They did forget to had this to me in drive thru along with our other bag with the spicy deluxe chicken meal. Which this does have a good amount of spiciness to it but delicious especially with their sauce. We did go back & get the other bag & they apologized for it. The grilled chicken wrap is delicious with or without sauce either way. Cost was $22 & change. They get you through quite quickly with excellent customer service, very polite & helpful."

"Crazy busy with lines out the door. Placed an online order for tableside, and staff greeted me right away to let me know the milkshake I had ordered was out of stock and ask for a replacement. Fries weren't very warm, and my chicken was a soggy greasy mess with the breading falling off. When it's that busy, I at least expect the food to be fresh. Nearly every table was full, and garbage was overflowing."

"Classic Chick-Fil-A as food quality from them as I would expect from other locations. Not the speedy service that I would expect from them. I waited over 15 minutes for my meal and when I got the meal they had my order wrong, we had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received chicken nuggets instead. I didn't go back to the counter to end up waiting another 15 minutes to get it fixed as it appeared the Lacrosse location was short on staff. Food taste was Chick-Fil-A standards from what I have had at other locations. The Lacrosse location should take a note of service from the Cedar Rapids, Lindale. Heck Chick-Fil-A in Atlanta airport was faster when they had a long waiting line. Receipt of my order attached from my 10/14/23 visit"

"The place was packed after being open for a little over a week. So I had to wait 30 minutes to order my food but when I ordered. It was at my table in 5 minutes flat. Which is awesome with how many people were there. The customer service was great and friendly. The food was of good quality maybe a little bit too expensive. But overall the chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and chocolate shake are good and the Chick-fil-A sauce is awesome. I would totally come back again."
