"Left a message of the bike I was looking for after contacting a dozen Kona dealers within 3-4 hours of where I live. The next day, Pete the owner called me and said they had the bike. Cost was much lower than I expected. When I contacted them, I talked to Andy and worked with him throughout the process. They are a 3 hour drive for me. As I expressed my interest, they were willing to hold the bike for a bit until I could get there. The next day, I made my way to get the bike. Andy was awesome, very helpful, personable and friendly.
