"Food is always good, but coming in today I felt like I was a burden. My burrito was messy and seemed thrown into the foil. I tried to smile and let the blonde girl behind the counter know I was trying to uplift her and was met with eye rolls and a short, irritated tone of voice. I love chipotle but this made me not want to come back. Wish they wore name tags so she can get some kind of attitude adjustment or at least know that her attitude affects the people that visit this store."

"I am extremely disappointed in this visit. I ordered through the app and was trying to pick it up from the pick up window inside and after waiting for multiple minutes I was finally informed they don't keep it there anymore but instead keep the orders by the drive thru window. Most of the younger male boys were congregated together chatting and ignoring customers. They were leaving what seemed to be the newest employee alone to handle things by himself. They also accused him of messing things up in a "hazing" or "taunting" way. One of my bowls is also extremely wet and soupy. I thought this chipotle was on the up and up after my last visit here but now it seems they have reverted back into one of the least friendly Chipotle restaurants I frequent."

"I have been coming to this location for a long time and I have never had any issues...until today. And admittedly my issues are "relatively" minor but combined with the manager's responses and words have infuriated me. I came in a bit before 6pm to get food for two people, myself and my father who was on the phone telling me what he wanted. I got his order first and when I was done telling them what he wanted I was about to get started on my order when the employees behind the counter completely ignored me and pretty much forced me to get back in line to get my food. That was issue number one, and if it had been just that, I'd have been annoyed but I would have left it at that. But then they charged me for something I didn't even get and so I decided to talk to the manager. I even waited for him to finish working in the drive thru area to address my issues. The manager I talked to, Regan, stayed behind the counter and was completely dismissive of my issues, calling it a simple mistake and offered me a refund for the overcharge. When I mentioned that I used to run kitchens of my own and that I didn't see ignoring customers as a simple mistake, he made a sarcastic comment about "Oh I'm sure they never made mistakes". No apologies, no empathy, just a "Well, mistakes happen. Get over it." sort of attitude towards a formerly loyal customer, who also happens to review restaurants and has worked in the industry for nearly a decade. Needless to say, I am not amused and if this the kind of service I can expect from here going forward, I will not be returning any time soon."

"Ordered online. Received confirmation order was complete and ready to be picked up at the togo window. Arrived 10 minutes later and order not in window. Approached by staff ~5 minutes later and notified food would be started next. No good place to try to wait for order without taking up table space. Would have been faster to just get in line and order. Understand they were running a school promo and it was busy (that is only reason we were there), and staff was busy working... but management should have planned better."

"Food and guest service was great. My issues are tied in with the service (appearance of cleanliness) of the establishment and atmosphere. 5 people staffed. Full garbages in the lobby. Random utensils and napkins on the floor. Dirty tables. Condiment section was not looking too great. I was happy with my food. My burrito bowls were amazing, as expected with the chipotle franchise. Just seeing dirty tables, floors, guest condiment section looking sad, and full garbages. That’s all tied in with service. The after lunch rush is not a thing at 215pm. When leaving, the garbages were getting changed. It’s still rough seeing dirty tables in the lobby. You expect more from a multi-million franchise found through the US. Chipotle of Onalaska, you can be better."
