"My fiance and I's favorite local place to dine in and carryout. The food is excellent and affordable. We have tried a variety of their menu items and never are disappointed! To name a few, that we have tried, a couple of their pizza's, burgers, crispy chicken sandwich, Cobb salad, soup, and Cheese curds appetizers are almost always a must. Delicious food, always! Fantastic staff who are polite, attentive, and friendly."

"Made the trip out to Hillsboro Brewing years ago when they were in their original location. I had such a great time and really enjoyed the beers and food. While in the area again I made it a point to revisit. The new location is an old milk factory that they repurposed into their brewery, restaurant, store, and wedding venue. They even have a game area with a pool table, shuffle board, chess, and other board games. The atmosphere is great and quite possibly the coolest brewery I have ever visited. Service is prompt, beers are delicious (especially the PB&JJ) and the food was excellent. The staff is very friendly and I even had the opportunity to meet Snapper, the owner. Be sure to check out their website, especially the "our story" to read about how it all started. I'm incredibly impressed with their work and dedication to their community. Definitely worth the read!"
"Hillsboro Brewing Co is well worth the visit. A beautiful newly renovated building with old world charm. Exceedingly friendly staff with a more than ample selection of their own beers to suit any taste. They also have a good selection of appetizers, sandwiches and burgers(served on soft pretzel buns) to make anyone happy. In addition to their tap room and restaurant, there is an upstairs wedding venue with it's own bar and catering kitchen. Definitely loved the atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the staff member in the gift shop. We will most certainly be making the trip over there again!"
