Papa Johns Pizza

"I’m glad I did not have my kids with me as I waited for my pizza to be ready. It wasn’t the time of waiting since I was a couple minutes early. It was the language I heard from the employees. I think they forgot that customers were 3 feet from them. The F-Bombs were falling all over the place. And maybe best yet, the manager didn’t do anything about it. The Complacency here is just terrible."

"Placed my order at 5:30, they said it would be here by 6:15, then sent a text saying it was going to be delayed, then said 6:50, it’s 7pm and it isn’t here. Kids are starving, made a frozen pizza…waste of $40. Plenty of other places to order from."

"Very disappointed with our food tonight. We ordered a pizza with meatballs and banana peppers. We got 1, not kidding....1 meatball on the entire pizza. The banana peppers were so small and shriveled it looked like the very last of the jar, and they were either out or didn't feel like opening a new jar. Our Twix bites and chicken parmesan bites were not "bites", just one long bread stick with slashes cut into it. Very messy and hard to divide up for kids that way. Looked nothing like the picture. When I spoke to the manager, "he said whoever works the dough station makes it that way." Shouldn't there be consistancy with every item? I shouldn't have to call and see who is working to get the food made the correct way. And to top it off, they were out of the soda we ordered and randomly selected one that they hoped we would find acceptable. My question is, if you know you are out of things, why wouldn't you just call us first and problem solve instead of driving all the way out here and "hope" that what the store chooses would be acceptable to the customer?"

"Me and my kids got food poisoning and are home from school. Called to report, and the general manager took my call and did nothing but tell me no one else called to report being sick. Can we agree that people don't always call but will go to other locations. I order from here a lot but decided to pick it up and the counter where they were preparing the pizzas were fairly dirty. I called today to get a refund because why should I pay for something that made us sick and I wasn't able to eat it ? My and my kids are still sick. A different manager today said my order was deleted, and she didn't know what to do. However, she was nice, and I understood she's young and apologized. Let's see what happens when the general manager returns on Friday."
