"I hired OCA Builders to remodel my house. The scope of the project included adding a 15X20 room on the back of the house, adding a 20X30 deck with 2 ramps, and knocking down a wall in the middle of the house to open up for a living room/dining room combo. I am extremely pleased with the final result. The project manager took my design and MADE IT HAPPEN, right down to the last detail. During the process, I was informed regularly on how things were going and what to expect. The communication was excellent. The workers were on site almost every day during the 10-week project and some even worked on the weekend. The project manager kept me informed of any financial adjustments that had to be made. If there had to be an increase in the quote due to and unforeseen obstacle in construction, I had the opportunity to approve it. Still, even with a slight increase in the original quote, the project manager worked diligently to keep the final costs within my budget. When I was presented with the final payment amount, it was exactly what I anticipated it would be. There were no surprised added on to the final payment.
