"My daughter has COVID and I sought treatment from outside this area knowing that treatments are sorely lacking by the general medical profession at this time. These discourteous and unprofessional staff gave me nothing but problems and aggravation. They had to verify one of the prescriptions which is fine except for the way they dealt with me as a customer. I felt like they were treating me like I had done something wrong seeking out of area treatment. I gave them the doctor’s number while they held unto my prescription card. They failed to communicate what they were doing and gave me grief when I asked what was going on and if I could have my card back as by that point I was inclined to go elsewhere. Three woman progressive got more ignorant to me only wanting to justify what they were saying and doing instead of taking a moment to really listen to my concerns. They dismissed my complaint about each person’s respectively worse behavior. The balding brunette however was the woman who really escalated the problem. She wanted confrontation from the moment she approached me at the window when I asked for follow up on what exactly was occurring and the whereabouts of my card. My point, I tried to give a smaller pharmacy my business and they failed miserably. Don’t ever go."
