"These guys are the real deal, straight forward, excellent mechanics, no bs. The owner always had time to fully explain necessary repairs with timely updates on progress. Prior to bringing the truck in Sam spent a considerable amount of time discussing how the truck was acting. When I picked it up they went over all repairs and discussed maintenance of installed systems. They are extremely knowledgeable and way better to me than the local Ford garage."

"I read a review on FB about his work for another customer. At that time I was searching for a new "trustworthy" diesel mechanic. I took my 6.0 to him with a transmission that I thought needed to be replaced. I'm still running it, 20,000+ later. I asked him to check things over while it was there to make sure everything else was right. FICM was zip tied, turbo bolts were missing and up pipe clamp wasn't seated properly and was leaking. Oil cooler numbers were close to being condemned so he did a coolant system flush and external coolant filter. He found autolite glowplugs and replaced them. Needless to say I was amazed by what he showed me other "professional" mechanics had done to my truck. He could have taken me for the ride, he didn't. He's salt of the Earth good people. "I can't say enough good things about the incredible Team at J&S Transit! They took care of me like family, and helped me when I was in a real pinch, giving me quality service that went well beyond the call of duty! My truck encountered serious fuel pressure loss while driving through Wisconsin, on my way to Alaska. I called J&S, and Jason (the owner) attemted to help me diagnose my problem while I was on the road. He initially informed me that he wouldn't be able to get me in, because he had another 7.3 with a priority job already in his shop. Despite his full schedule and workload, he ended up taking pity on my plight, and telling me to bring it by so he could look at it anyway. Without going into every last repair detail, I will say that he really did an incredible job diagnosing multiple failure points in my vehicle, from a cracked injector cup, causing fuel to leak into the coolant, to a cracked and displaced turbo up-pipe, to the fuel pickup line in the fuel tank disintegrating, and getting sucked inside its own tubes, which clogged the fuel line and severely restricted fuel pressure. This turned into a multiple day diagnosis dilemma, all the while, his wife was pregnant and due any day. Still, Jason and his Team continued to work day and night to get my vehicle right, and demonstrated an uncommon level of care towards my situation; even loaning me his personal vehicle to use as a loaner, while my truck was in his shop. I never could have expected to be taken care of with such a personal touch and genuine concern from one of the dealership service ceters, and I don't believe there is any way that I can truly thank him for helping me in the way he did during my time of need. I did what could, though, and opted to replace my injectors, too, even though it didn't "absolutely" require them, but they had already been strained a bunch due to the many miles of fuel restriction, and I figured id rather give him my business, than anyone else. J&S Transit truly took care of me like family, and performed extremely high quality work on my truck. I would recommend their business to anyone who values quality service, and being treated like a valued customer!"
