"Ordered using a coupon deal in the app…the lady taking my order said that the deal didn’t work with the sauced chicken baskets only the original and I said the last time I used it it worked she continued with the order and then we ordered a kids meal with a plain burger and I said no pickles nothing and she said duh that’s what plain means…she was very rude and I feel like the service should be better people just need to be nice and not be so rude"

"Don't call them about an order they messed up. The manager can be a bit confrontational and not even apologize for messing up my order. All she said is they will make sure to check future customers' orders. I ordered 2 triple burgers and one double. But i got 2 doubles and one triple instead. Not to mention the onion ring on my burgers were burnt crisp. Just really not worth visiting this location. There food blows and the management is even worse. I will no longer visit the Prairie du chien location ever again. So many better place to eat. There loss not mine. Cause i would stop twice a week. Guess i will have to visit Culver's more often."

"Everyone there was just so nice. They brought out our food quickly and overall a wonderful experience. The $7 meal deal was delicious and it come with everything. Entree, drink and even a strawberry sundae which I highly recommend. For 2 people we spent under $20 and we left satisfied."

"Blizzards were good. Prices are getting high. Drive through service was slow. Two Cars in front of us and took 20 minutes to get two Blizzards. Seemed like one guy working and 2 to 3 others just standing around."
