On arrival they stated 30 minutes. 2.5 hours later and still waiting. 2/6/24 Update: Service manger contacted me direct to apologize for not meeting the proposed expectations. They refunded me the price of the service. I returned to Pischke for another service and received a much better experience. My 4 start review of this service center is reflective of my second experience and I would say that they made it right."

"They didn't take my seriously on when I was going to purchase my new vehicle. Then they took almost 2 hours to put a cover on my tail bed when I was told it would only take an hour... The service guy went on lunch and forgot to contact me first. Not to mention the poor communication with the salesman to even set up the appointment. I really love my new truck.
