"What a treasure it is to have an old school soul food restaurant in Lansing. We’ve been there twice so far. The chicken is the best we’ve had, as was the shrimp po boy and the Mac and cheese. The real deal. The food was a little slow coming out, but definitely worth the wait. The staff were friendly and attentive. Pops took the time to chat us up. I’m sure we’ll be regulars."
