"Very young employees and rude I took two totes nobody helps bringing items in or out got paid for 2 sweatshirts, 2nd time doing this, my clothes were folded neatly, and when I returned they were thrown back in the tote, I asked the young lady why they did that she said we don't have time to refold them, have a nice day, ugg never again will I shop there or bring clothes"

"I love shopping here with my sons. Inexpensive yet you can find some great values and unique items. We recently bought a *brand new* pair of Doc Martens for $60 - less than half of retail."

"I used to work at Plato’s and it was a great job for my teen years. Selling to them however is another story.. I know what they take and what they’re looking for. I brought 3 large totes full of clothes, men’s clothes that were brand new, American eagle stuff, Nike, Vans clothing and lots of stuff with tags still attached. They took NOTHING. I was very disappointed. Same with style encore. Do not recommend. Long story short, goodwill got some great items from us!"

"They have pretty good deals, but I do not recommend selling there. We had Eddie Bauer, American Eagle, etc, including men's clothes, and most were in great shape. They didn't buy any of them saying they weren't brands they buy or had normal wear and tear (I even bought one Under Armour shirt from there and tried to sell it back). They also crumpled up all my clothes in the bag after I had them folded neatly. They didn't have very many bags to go through, so I don't understand why they couldn't fold them up neatly. I don't like how all the staff seem so snooty, too. It feels like they don't want to buy from anyone older than 17, even though they're the same brands they sell and are in good shape. I don't want to come back anymore and am recommending others don't either. I plan to go to Style Encore and recommend everyone go there instead. If anything, they're much more friendly and relatable."
