Beezers Bar & Grill

"When my group of 6 entered Beezers we were not acknowledged stood in the doorway for about 5 minutes until a girl noticed us and told us we could sit at the only open table in the room (needed bussed yet). After being sat down 10 minutes, there was still no acknowledgement from the server or the girl who had us sit down. So I chose to get up and ask the same girl that was standing near the bar if we had a server. She had quite an attitude in her tone of voice with her response of "yeah he'll be right with you". We hadn't been in this place to eat in several years, and this experience from start to end was awful. Once we finally got our order placed, and food received.... The kids corn dogs were brought out first, of which were crusty and burnt dark brown and white on the inside. The server offered a different dish. Our daughter got the Mac 'n cheese, which ended up just being Kraft or an off brand box Mac. The loaded nachos with beef had huge chunks of meat, of which were still pink in the middle when broken. On the salad bar, the coleslaw wasn't even edible (and I love coleslaw), had an off taste and very strong smell of vinegar. The french onion soup was basically just an au ju with no onions in it. Being this place was a go-to spot for us before; to have a fantastic meal, from a server who seemed to care about their job...... to have the experience that we did tonight (Sat. Dec 30th, 2023).... We will absolutely not be returning to this place. Tried contacting Michelle, two times, and left a voicemail once. I have never heard back in regards to making this right."

"Table of 10 with reservations. Server was stressed and let us know! Had to find server to let her know all drink orders weren't taken. Didn't know certain drinks weren't served (margaritas). Food was cold while steaks were overcooked. Not a pleasant experience. We have been going to this restaurant for several years as we stay at the hotel attached. Hope they make changes. Update - our group was contacted by management. They apologized for the service we received. They did make it right and we will go back! TY"

"Food selection was good, so something for everyone. Staff was friendly, with a nice atmosphere. They were busy, so wait times were longer than usual, but many folks had just got off the river and were famished. I would recommend."

"Friendly server, welcoming atmosphere, beautiful clean interior. Games: slots, pool, darts. One of the most beautiful bar setups I've ever seen. There's also a nice outdoor dining deck. Delicious food! Keep up the good work."
