"We were so excited to eat here, because the kids seen them on tv. Sure wish we never went. They need to train their employees how clean to cook and with service issues. The place was filthy. Garage on tables, just nasty dirty No one seemed to know what was happening, everyone seemed lost and confused. Our food was not good. Cold fry’s Dry flavorless burger. We had our family of 8 all ready to eat after spending the day at Mayo Clinic. Should have eaten at the cafeteria. Instead we wasted $200 on garbage food. We didn’t eat it, literally threw it away. It’s pathetic the kids wanted happy meals on the way back to the hotel. If I could leave zero stars I would. Undercover boss needs to come and fire everyone!!! This location sucks!!!"
"Ordered here for lunch today. Never again. To start off -and this may be a Door Dash issue- my order was delivered to the complete opposite side of the building I work in, even though I put in the instructions where to meet me. Once I got back to my desk, I opened the burger box to find obviously old lettuce on my burger. Took a few bites of my burger and decided that was enough of that. There was ZERO flavor to it. The fries were cold, bland, and soggy by the time they got to me. I paid close to $18 and am pretty pissed. Do not go here. Fingers crossed I don't get sick."
