"So there I was…on my way to work and fighting to stay awake from a long night out the previous night. As I walked into the shoppette to get an energy drink I remembered that I had given them up for lent. Now I’m left with a decision to make. Go to hell? Or try an alternative route for my caffeine fix? Upon exiting the shoppette so I can go to heaven, I spot a blinking open sign out of the corner of my eye as if it was an oasis out in a desert. I muster up the strength to make the long 15 meter trek to this little coffee shop tucked away in the corner. I open the door and tumble inside like a fiend looking for his crack fix. I was greeted by Fern and her sidekick Shaniqua. She acted as a caffeine pharmacist prescribing me a delicious White Chocolate Mocha. Obviously I upgraded to a medium size. Two sips into this magical elixir and I felt recharged like a Tesla battery. The staff was so nice and friendly and they had the perfect soundtrack playing in the background whispering sweet nothings into my eardrums. I can’t believe I did not know this place was here prior to this day. If it had not been for the bartender the previous night possibly over serving me, I may not have found this diamond in the rough. I will never go to another coffee shop unless Cafe Corner is closed of course or I am out of town. Thank you Fern for giving me life again. I will be a loyal customer from here on out."

"Great local coffee shop on Ft. McCoy. The owner and employees are a joy and the coffee is great. They also have bagels, toast, baked goods, and other drinks beyond coffee. It is located just outside the Px by where the food trucks are usually parked near the outdoor seating area. Their hours are convenient as well. Need great coffee while at McCoy? Definitely go here!"
